State Civil Protection, the General Directorate of the Interior and the State Civil Guard inspected 19 establishments in the metropolitan area

The Government Directorate, the State Civil Guard (GCE) and the State Coordination of Civil Protection (CEPC), implemented the “Antro Seguro” operation, so that establishments comply with the Alcohol Law and the Law of the State Civil Protection System in force in the State.
Said operation was headed by the heads of the State Government and Civil Protection, José Concepción Gallardo Martínez and Mauricio Ordaz Flores, respectively, who formed four work cells that were distributed in the metropolitan area and those who iThey inspected 19 bars, clubs and nightclubs, withn which reaffirms the State’s commitment to enforcing the law, in support of local governments that do not have the capacity to provide surveillance in these spaces.
The general director of the Interior reported as a result of the operation, andThe area under his charge suspended activities in six establishments and issued infraction reports in three more for violating various articles of the State Alcoholic Beverages Law.
He highlighted that among the sanctioned establishments are three businesses in the historic center of the capital, as well as a terrace and an event hall of the well-known Sports Club
in the rest of the metropolitan area.
For his part, the directorctor of the State Coordination of Civil Protection, Mauricio Ordaz Flores, reported that of the establishments that were inspected this Friday by the agency, seven total closures were carried out for not complying with security measures such as: Internal Civil Protection Program, technical opinion 2024, electrical opinion, structural opinion, gas opinion, fire degree study, risk analysis, proof of training of the four basic brigades in matters of Civil Protection, fire extinguishers, signage and exits of emergency.
Five partial closures were also carried out for not complying with any of the civil protection requirements and an administrative report was drawn up.
The officials mentioned that these operations will continue to be carried out constantly in order to regularize the establishments with these commercial lines.
