Governor Martín Llaryora received more than 50 young people participating in the Development Management program, taught by the Federal Development School of the Federal Investment Council (CFI).

The initiative is a training proposal aimed at people between 21 and 35 years old linked to the field of management, whether in provincial or municipal governments, companies, universities, NGOs, sectoral, union or related entities.

The Cordoba president, together with the CFI coordination director, Nicolás Cevela, discussed the importance of training those who occupy leadership positions and the CFI’s reasons for promoting this type of training.

“It seems central to me because management requires preparation and training. You have to learn, train and study before managing so that when the time comes to manage public resources, you make fewer mistakes.«said the governor, while committing to accompany and expand these CFI programs to more young people.

During the conversation, the president spoke with the young participants and considered it essential to approach each stage of productive developments.

In that sense, he stressed that it is extremely important to absorb the knowledge of each sector visited by learning from work in the field.

In addition, he highlighted that Argentina is a rich territory for investments in different areas to enhance and energize numerous activities in its economy.

“Argentina is full of opportunities and needs to turn on other engines, such as mining, oil and gas. For that, you have to have a federal perspective. Because to start those engines, we need works,” the governor noted, and added: “Argentina is going to emerge with more federalism and more production”

In turn, Cevela highlighted the governor’s gesture for “the courtesy of being able to basically exchange questions of experiences and be able to give them a vision of the province of Córdoba” to the young people present.

The CFI director also highlighted that the province of Córdoba “It is very powerful, it is part of the agricultural heart and part of the industrial heart of the country.”

In that sense, he described the visit as very important, since the contingent is visiting productive establishments, and learning about the local productive network.

With the intervention of a former participant from Córdoba de Gestión para el Desarrollo and current participant of the Specialization Program, Anahí Roca, who acted as the triggering agent for this exchange of ideas, an agile and open dialogue was generated for all attendees who were able to ask questions. and refer to their own experiences with these programs.
