Elements of the Investigation Methods Police (PMI), notified an arrest warrant in detention against Carlos “N” for his possible participation in the crime of aggravated express kidnapping, in combination with qualified robbery.
According to investigations, this individual would have threatened his victim with a firearm to steal her vehicle and belongings, in addition to depriving her of her freedom and subsequently abandoning her on Highway 57 San Luis-Querétaro, near the municipality of Santa María del Río.

A specialized agent from the Public Ministry worked on these investigation records and presented them before the Judge to obtain the corresponding order.
Upon detecting that Carlos “N” was already being held for another crime in the prison in the capital of Potosí, the investigating police moved to said penitentiary center, where they notified him about the new criminal process that will be opened against him.
