The solar train begins operating in Jujuy starting today, June 17. It will be an innovative and sustainable tourist service, with the first passenger departure scheduled for that date. Ticket sales are now available through the official website and will soon be available to purchase in person at different points of sale.

Fares for the Quebrada Solar Train

To encourage the use of the solar train, special rates were established for a limited time. These promotion rates will be maintained for an initial period and will then be adjusted.

  • National and foreign tourists: $40,000
  • Residents of Jujuy: $10,000
  • Retirees and pensioners: $25,000

How to buy tickets

To purchase tickets, you must follow these steps:

From Maimará:

  • Maimará – Volcano at 12:15
  • Maimará – Volcano at 1:55 p.m.
  • Maimará – Volcano at 17:10
  • Maimará – Volcano at 18:15
