The Corrientes Police reported this Monday that they arrested a man who stole a motorcycle and tried to escape in the capital of Corrientes.
The theft of the motorcycle occurred at a home in the La Chola neighborhood, where a subject stole a 125-cylinder Yamaha XTZ model, blue and black, with its respective key.
The owner of the motorcycle notified the Police that he had observed a male subject on board said vehicle.
For this reason, the officers went to the scene to identify him, at which point the motorcycle driver performed maneuvers evading police control.
Given the fact, they carried out a “lock” operation to find the arrest of him, who after carrying out maneuvers putting his life at risk as well as that of third parties, culminating his march at the intersections of Maipú Avenue between Valentin Alsina and Pje Streets. 739.
In this way, they proceed to the arrest of a 27-year-old subject and the seizure of the vehicle, being transferred to the fifteenth police station where the corresponding proceedings will continue for reasons of jurisdiction.
