During last weekend, the Municipality of Córdoba closed six establishments in inspection and control operations. Four of these spaces were holding clandestine parties.

Among the procedures, the Pétalos bar, located in the center, and Mae in the General Paz neighborhood were closed. In both cases it was found that public shows were taking place at the location, violating the authorization that only authorizes them to operate as a bar. As an aggravating factor, it was detected that in Pétalos the number of people exceeded the permitted capacity.

In routine operations, on Friday morning the violation of the closure of the La Clara Eventos establishment (Route 5, km 4.5) was discovered, a space that was being prepared with tents and a stage to operate under the “after” modality of the Hernán Cattaneo event. The corresponding minutes were drawn up and the development of the clandestine party was dismantled.

In the early hours of Saturday, a party at Bar Lomo Cheto in the Liceo neighborhood was closed and more than 400 people who were in the place were evicted, including minors. The sale of alcoholic beverages was also found.

Thanks to the coordinated work with the Police of the Province of Córdoba, on Sunday another clandestine party was dismantled and closed at Club Deportivo América in which 400 people were evacuated. During the procedure, inspectors and police personnel received attacks that did not lead to serious injuries thanks to police action and the use of non-lethal weapons to deter the attackers.

Another closure and eviction was established at a party held in a home on April 27 Street in the central neighborhood.
