Measured discount

The Municipality will make the discounts, and the SOEM committed to its members to return those amounts.

Monguillot recalled that his position was always to apply discounts “to differentiate the employees” who provided services. “To deduct the 40 days of pay was to deduct the entire salary, it would have been very difficult to face a situation like this in these times. Therefore, the municipality, and we said it from the beginning, had the conviction of differentiating between the worker who had worked and the one who had not.
