The Córdoba Chamber of Commerce renews part of its authorities

At the recent Ordinary Annual General Assembly, the Córdoba Chamber of Commerce renewed part of the members of its General Council, who will assume their roles as stipulated in the entity’s statute.

José Ignacio Viale will continue to serve as president, with Alejandro García Sagués and Darío Brasca maintaining their positions as first and second vice president, respectively.

Héctor Fiorani has been appointed as institutional secretary, while Alberto Osvaldo Dragotto will occupy the position of secretary of business action. Sebastián Parra will be the institutional pro-secretary and Francisco Vaccaro will take over as treasurer, with Ricardo Luis Morelli as pro-treasurer.

The regular members who will make up the General Council are Marcos Garín, Rolando Miguel Pérez, Claudio Conci, Sebastián Paesani, Luis Méndez and Jimena Soria. As substitute members are Edgardo Dante Calás, José Luis González, Adriana Luque, Wenceslao Torres, Bárbara Lallana and Lucas Dagatti. The regular account auditors are Fabián Servetto, Tomás Grunhaut and Evelina Madeira, while the substitutes will be Juan Pablo Gamerman and Jorge Luis Braschi.

Within the framework of the meeting, the report and balance sheet corresponding to the year ended March 31, 2024, as well as the report of the auditors, were also approved.
