With the prize draw, the third edition of the program promoted by the Municipality of the Capital, together with the Commercial Union of Catamarca, the Association of Hotels, Bars, Restaurants, Confectioneries and similar of the Province and financial entities of the environment, concluded. with the aim of increasing consumption.

It should be noted that the program rewarded people who made a purchase at participating stores between June 10 and 23, coinciding with the long holidays of the month, by uploading their ticket or invoice in a digital form.

Regarding the impact of the program, the area that had the highest number of ticket sales was gastronomic, with 58% of the tickets. However, in terms of purchase amounts, the clothing item prevailed.

Overall, sales volume exceeded $3,500,000, with an average ticket value of $51,896. In addition to this, the most used means of payment was the credit card with 34.2%, followed by cash payment with 30.4%.

Award winners

In the draw held on Wednesday, Martin Ariel Barrera, Lorena Laura Camargo and Yanina Evelyn Larrubia won the cell phones. Meanwhile, Facundo Suarez and María José Hernández kept the travel kit, while María Barrera and Marina Inés Seco Tapia did the same with the baskets of regional products.

For his part, Joaquín Olaz won a couple of tickets to destinations of his choice, as did Eugenia Liliana Diaz.
In addition to this, the Santo Croce gastronomic establishment won the award for the business that generated the greatest number of tickets, earning training from Banco Santander from its training platforms.

The novelty of this edition was that the draws were held at the same time as the tourist or resident made the purchase, with the prizes being awarded on the same day.
