With the conclusion of the matches in Groups E and F, the first phase of the German Euro 2024 has been completed. The 16 teams that will compete in the round of 16 are now known, which will begin next Saturday, June 29.
Portugal, already classified as the leader of its group, played its third match without pressure and lost to Georgia 2-0. This result allowed Georgia to advance as third in the group and ensured Turkey’s classification in second position, leaving out the Czech Republic.
