Coach Juan Carlos Osorio was seen in the city of Barranquilla and rumors immediately arose about a possible arrival at Junior, and there was even talk of a meeting with the Char family.
Given this situation, Osorio himself confirmed to El Tiempo that he was in Barranquilla, but he never met with the owners of Junior and much less attended the Copa Libertadores match against Liga de Quito.
Likewise, Semana Magazine announced that he went to Barranquilla for personal reasons, as he is in a project in which he will begin next year as a methodologist.

As it is, the coach will not have an opportunity to direct in Colombian football at the moment, much less an option in Junior, since Arturo Reyes seems to be fixed in his position.
Juan Carlos Osorio’s last club as coach was Athletico Paranaense, a club where he left in a controversial manner, as as soon as he lost the first game he was fired, although it was more due to his constant roster changes and the way he transmitted his message to the squad.
