After more than a decade of waiting, the calculator will receive a native application for the iPad

Yes, although it may seem incredible, we have had to wait more than a decade to have a native calculation app for iPad, but it has already been confirmed and is preparing its arrival.
Two years after the Climate app
As indicated in the original publication, the great novelty of the native Calculator app for iPad is its compatibility with Apple Pencil. Thanks to this, users will have the opportunity to write math problems that the app will solve thanks to a function called Math Notes. In this way, the iPad version goes one step further than the iPhone version and, through compatibility with Apple Pencil, you can solve equations and/or problems by writing them.
Although it was not one of the most striking announcements, it was surprising for many to see how they will finally have a native version of the app for their iPad. In this way, the calculation application will arrive alongside iPadOS 18the company’s future operating system, and it will do just two years later of the landing of the Climate app. In addition, the function was also revealed SmartScript which, in short, will make handwriting easier to read.
