Santo Domingo, June 21 – The vice minister of Internal Trade, Ramón Pérez Fermín, reported this Friday that the extraordinary fuel subsidy is maintained for this week from June 22 to 28, 2024, with a sacrifice of RD$367 million.
Regular Gasoil will be subsidized by more than 26.35 pesos, to Optimal Gasoil; more than 19 pesos, for Regular Gasoline: almost 5 pesos, for Premium Gasoline: more than 9 pesos and for LPG: almost 14 pesos, explained the vice minister.
“This effort is made so as not to transfer international price increases to you, the consumers. This sacrifice represents close to RD$367 million this week. “We continue to monitor international prices to take concrete actions in the event of any variation,” she added.
For the week of June 22 to 28, 2024, fuels are sold at the following prices:
Premium Gasoline will be sold at RD$290.10 per gallon and maintains its price.
Regular Gasoline RD$272.50 per gallon maintains its price.
Regular Diesel RD$221.60 per gallon maintains its price.
Optimal Gasoil RD$239.10 per gallon maintains its price.
Avtur RD$203.31 per gallon increases RD$5.55.
Kerosene RD$233.64 per gallon increases RD$5.74.
Fuel Oil #6 RD$164.05 per gallon increases RD$2.61.
Fuel Oil 1%S RD$180.56 per gallon increases RD$3.44.
Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) RD$132.60 per gallon maintains its price.
Natural Gas RD$43.97 per m3 maintains its price.
The weekly average exchange rate is RD$59.27 from the daily publications of the Central Bank.
