The community of HR professionals has an appointment in Madrid this coming Thursday, June 13, in the first edition of HRDay Human Intelligence, designed by PDA in collaboration with ORH. A free event, with a technological perspective that promises to be more disruptive and humane than ever, and in which critical thinking will be the common thread to reflect on the challenges of artificial intelligence and how to face them from human intelligence.

This will be the first edition of the event in Spain, but the fifth in the international arena, whose theme will be oriented towards usability, data science and the development of talent in this new digital era sponsored by artificial intelligence.

HRDay, open to the public, will be a day that will bring together professionals to talk and think from the most human and disruptive level carried out to date, where attendees will also enjoy different artistic experiences, networking spaces and many surprises.

Jaime Diaz, PDA CEOanticipates that HRDay Human Intelligence will have very defined thematic axes such as “the exponentiality of AI, current challenges in business decision-making, ethics and data security, and human intelligence as a beacon in inclusion and generation of opportunities.”

Expert panels

The first panel, moderated by Ana Valera Rubio (Head of People Analytics in PDA), will be composed of Marisa Cruzado Collado (CEO of IA+Equal), Valentin Garcia Gonzalez (lawyer and partner of Cuatrecasas) and Miguel Avellaneda (Data & Analytics Manager for Global Units of Telefónica). Under the motto “Ethical Data”, we will understand what data AI handles, but more importantly, who and how should ensure the security of that data and the proper use of the technology.

With the moderation of Maite Saenzpartner and director of ORH, in the second talk, called “Human Intelligence”, the importance of the role that human intelligence occupies today in the face of the advancement of AI and how we should enhance our skills focused on the business, with the participation already confirmed Joan Clotet Sulé (Digital Talent advisor, author and executive coach), Mayte Valverde (academic director of the HR TECH & Culture master at The Valley School) and Ángel Bartolomé Muñoz de Luna (Vice Chancellor of Students and University Life at CEU University in San Pablo).
