ORAn environmental engineer, with a current contract with a District entity, turned out to be one of the owners of the ambulance which was used last Saturday, June 8, to carry out an attempted kidnapping on 93rd Street and Carrera Quinta, Rosales neighborhood of Bogotá.

The woman hung up the phone on EL TIEMPO when asked about the case. But this newspaper established that, hours later, he informed the auditor of his contract that he would immediately present himself to the Prosecutor’s Office and that the ambulance was affiliated with a health service provider company.

After the inspection visit, The commission found that between May 2 and June 8, 2024, the vehicle was reported non-operational for different reasons, including mechanical failures or incomplete crew..

The victim of the attempt of kidnapping managed to jump from the vehicle. He is a 33-year-old real estate businessman.
