Deep pain at the farewell of the doctor and militant “El Brujo” Robles
Juan Elias Roblesbetter known as “The Wizard”a renowned doctor and political activist of Santiago’s Justicialist movement, passed away yesterday. Social networks were filled with farewell messages.
“Today I have to write to say goodbye to a great man in medicine, politics and public service. I always received his anecdotes, his suggestions, his advice with great affection and interest. Reference of the PJ, this radical says goodbye to you with the greatest of respect. See you always dear Dr. Juan Elías Robles, a great!!!”, said one of the posts on Facebook.
He fulfilled different functions, being head of the PAMI in Santiago, as well as Minister of Public Health in the government of engineer Carlos Mujica. A post on Facebook titled: “Milei collided with the Argentine dream, my son the doctor,” specifically referring to the “great mobilization” carried out by university students and teachers and stating that it was an “anarcho-capitalist” Government. Another from May 8 read: “Milei’s imposture and cynicism.”
Until this morning Saturdayhis remains were veiled and around 11 o’clock they were transferred to a necropolis for his burial.
Moments of deep pain and dismay were experienced there.
