For the infraction committed by the motorcycle driver, he received a fine equivalent to one million one hundred forty-five thousand pesos ($1,145,000) for driving a vehicle on sidewalks, squares, pedestrian paths, dividers, berms, channel demarcations, green areas or special roads for non-motorized vehicles, as indicated in the Traffic Code.
