The Antioquia National Team defeated Meta on the second date of the U-13 National Championship
The Antioquia women’s team achieved a new victory in the National Under-13 Championship that takes place on the Marte 1 Court of the Atanasio Girardot Sports Unit in Medellín.
The Antioqueñas had just beaten the Boyacá team 6-0 and on this day they added another three points after defeating Meta 2-0 with scores from Gabriela González and Mariana Montoya.
“That second goal was a great happiness for the simple fact that we were in a very tight game. Achieving that score to finish off the game and win it gave me great happiness and a lot of pride.” Said the player Mariana Montoya.
The Antioquia National Team leads group A of the U-13 Women’s National Championship and assured its presence in the semifinal phase.
