Chile Cup: teams from the Los Lagos Region prepare to face unprecedented challenges this weekend

Provincial Osorno, Deportes Puerto Montt and Vicente Pérez Rosales will see action this weekend for the Chile Cup

After the break of professional football in First, Promotion and Second, it is time for the Chile Cup, that competition where it is possible that unprecedented duels will be played between teams from various categories.

One of them is the popular amateur team from Puerto Montt, Vicente Pérez Rosales, who was reinforced with four former soccer players with extensive experience: Diego Rivarola, Kevin Leiva, Yerson Opazo and Mauricio Arias. The four will be part of the squad that will face the University of Concepción this Saturday at 3 p.m.

In conversation with the digital media Mi Sur Deportes, the “laucha” Arias commented on his impressions of his arrival at VPR.

Another one that is being prepared is Provincial Osorno. Following the arrival of defender Juan Abarca a few weeks ago, former Peruvian national team Yosimar Vargas joined the work this week.
