At least 25 establishments such as bars, restaurant-bars and clubs have received closure procedures by authorities in San Luis Potosí after the tragedy at the club. Richas detailed by the director of the State Coordination of Civil Protection (CEPC) Mauricio Ordaz Flores who pointed out that many entertainment centers of this type in the metropolitan area of ​​the state had irregularities in one way or another.

He commented “this safe club device gives us a view that there are several inconsistencies, the presence of minors has been detected, raves have been found, we have already reported it to the prosecutor’s office… 25 have been sanctioned, some total closures, others partial and others as administrative minutes.”

Ordaz Flores emphasized that this is not only because of what happened in Rich, which claimed the lives of two young people, in reality these types of operations will continue until all these establishments are in order and respecting all regulations, first in the central area of ​​the state but then it will be taken to the Huasteca and Altiplano area at later dates.

He also indicated that, depending on the type of sanction, they will be able to reopen their businesses, since the law states that they have five days to correct irregular issues, a new account review will be carried out and if they begin to operate and again they have not corrected everything. , they are going to be closed again.

In the case of Rich club Although it was not closed, the commercial plaza where it is located, called Alttus Square, received a sanctioning process for having a shared responsibility, with inconsistencies such as structural opinion, electrical installations, emergency exits, etc.; as established by the Civil Protection Law.
