This Tuesday, the Goal Team obtained the first of the two places awarded by the Barranquilla Qualifying Zone to the semifinal phase of the National Under-15 Women’s Soccer Championship.

The girls from Meta beat Magdalena 2-1, who started by winning at the Estadio Moderno with a goal from Manuela Palma. Zhayra Valdés and Adriana Aguas scored the goals of the comeback.

Meta qualified early with 7 points. Magdalena was left with 4 and no longer able to advance, since this was her last game.

For its part, Santander defeated Sucre 5-0 and rose to second place with 5 units.

Karoll Valbuena, Taliana Mantilla (2), Sara Noriega and Lilia Castillo celebrated the winning goals.

Atlántico rested this Tuesday and on Wednesday they will face Santander in a direct duel for classification. The Atlantic team is forced to win, since it has 4 points, while the Santander team needs a draw.
