The State Workers Association (ATE) met with the Minister of Health, Ana Senesi, within the framework of the Public Service Health Table, in which the Secretary of the Public Service Tania Lastra and the Secretary of Access also participated. to health and institutional relations of the Ministry of Health, José Pacayut. Carolina Suarez and Silvina Elgueta from ATE were present on behalf of the union, along with other union actors.

In this space, created for the discussion of the specific working conditions of the Health sector until a sectoral collective agreement is in force, the progress was expressed in reference to the claims raised in the last meeting between them, the modality in the increases in the point of guard.

In this sense, the definition of tying the increase in the guard point of Law 1904 to salary increases from the month of July was announced, taking the coefficient of the average of each salary guideline (fixed sums and percentages).

On the other hand, it was announced that the automatic promotions for the year 2022 are being processed with retroactive effect included and the files are in administrative progress and the inclusion of the payment of the rotating shift to the nursing law 1904 and an increase that reaches 10,000 was reported. starting in June for those who make up Law 1844 and 1904.

In this instance, the union, represented by Carolina Suarez and Silvina Elgueta, raised the serious situation of insecurity in the hospitals. In this sense, the minister reported that it was agreed with Daniel Jara, minister of security and justice, that the additional ones carried out by the police are within the emergency guard.

In addition, the entry of human resources in all hospitals was requested, an increase in the value of the 7th and 8th of the workers of Law 1844 and that the requirement be reviewed as a condition for carrying them out in order to be able to perform overtime.

Finally, it was requested to annul the Bariloche and El Bolsón summaries and review the cut in overtime in Cinco Saltos in administrative and health agents and that it be included in resolution 2442/2024 for the professional staff of all hospitals.

The union also demanded a larger budget from the hospitals, replacement and acquisition of ambulances, and a larger budget for the transportation of patients and workers.
