The ‘Social Dialogue for Peace in Magdalena and the Sierra Nevada’ was established in Santa Marta

Hand in hand with communities, organizations and territories, the vice minister of Social Dialogue, Liliana Solanoinstalled the day “Social Dialogue for Peace in Magdalena and the Sierra Nevada“, in the city of Santa Marta.

This initiative seeks to collect contributions for the construction of the Public Policy of Social Dialogue.

“We are committed to reaching peace through dialogue, that is why we have come, we have presented the public policy of social dialogue, we have heard the cry of these people who want peace, Logically, this is a single Government and we all contribute from territorial peace to ensuring that the voices of social leaders“Leaders are raised, they are heard and I have no doubt that the government will respond to this clamor that the people have raised,” said the vice minister of social dialogue, Liliana Solano.

For his part, the director of Human Rights of the Ministry of the Interior, Franklin Castaneda He stated that through active listening “we are going to address the different issues that affect these territories. “It will be a space for dialogue to be able to work jointly between the Government and the communities.”

During the first part of the day, the attendees were heard and they made their needs and those of their community known.
