Cienfuegos, June 24 (RHC) This central and southern province continues to work on raising awareness among agencies and organizations for the opening of children’s houses and on the joint activities of the Educate your Child Program, emphasizing children who would enter preschool in the upcoming course.

Mayda Lien Pérez Carballada, Head of the Early Childhood Department in the General Directorate of Education of the Provincial Administration, highlighted the attention to mothers with two, three or more children and the sustained increase in capabilities for these children.

We also prioritize the generalization of part-time and full-time performers in the Educate your Child Program.

We use pedagogical assistants from the children’s centers and the work relationship is organized so that they can go to the Popular Council.

There they can achieve greater attention to these families who do not have an educational institution and the child also receives the care they need through this modality, he said.

A challenge for Early Childhood until 2030 is the completion of educators in day care centers and in the preschool grade of primary schools by surpassing the auxiliaries, all for the sake of the best quality of the educational process of children.

They plan to increase the number of new children’s houses in popular councils separated from the municipalities and always coordinating with various sectors for the benefit of working mothers.

The province of Cienfuegos serves a total of 42 daycare centers, while the Educate your Child Program extends to 68 popular councils and the preschool level operates in 160 primary schools.
