The leading role of the party in the quality of services provided in public health institutions in Caibarién was a topic debated by the members of the Municipal Committee of the party organization in the town.
The completion of the workforce and the cadre policy in the different public health institutions was debated in depth in the plenary session of the municipal Party committee.
In several of the interventions by the members of the political organization, phrases of recognition were heard for health personnel and they expressed the need to continue strengthening the work of political organizations in the institutions.
Odelvis Luis Vázquez, first secretary of the Cuban Communist Party in the territory, recalled how health personnel demonstrated their greatness in the confrontation with COVID-19.
The attention to workers in the sector was another aspect discussed where the fundamental problems that today affect the stability of personnel in the sector were analyzed.
And it meant the importance of the support of political and mass organizations to health workers and institutions.
Another of the topics debated in the municipal plenary session of the Party was the ideological political work and the need to systematize and consolidate with concrete, creative actions in the current moments.
In addition, the need to keep the people informed in a timely manner and always with the truth was discussed.
