The Directorate of Justice together with the Neiva Metropolitan Police continue to carry out control operations in commercial establishments, with the objective that they comply with Decree 0341 of 2024, which prohibits the sale and marketing of vuvuzelas and foams during the Festival of Bambuco in San Juan and San Pedro.

“To date, we have managed to visit 30 establishments so that they obey what is determined in the holiday decree and avoid the sale and marketing of foam and vuvuzelas, finding great receptivity from the city’s commercial sector,” said Andrea Carolina Ibarra, director of Justice. Municipal.

These operations seek to avoid any risk to the health of citizens during the festivities, guaranteeing a safe and orderly environment for all attendees.

The Neiva Justice Department will continue to work hand in hand with the authorities to ensure that all the measures established in Decree 0341 of 2024 are complied with, promoting safe festivities for all citizens.
