Free Technology Courses for People Over 50 in Córdoba

According to INDEC, 40% of people over 65 years of age in Argentina do not use the Internet, affecting their quality of life by limiting access to essential digital services. Fears of making mistakes or suffering scams are significant barriers to the digital integration of older adults.

For this reason, the Municipality of Córdoba, in alliance with Eidos Global, launches the second edition of the SilverTech cycle, a technological training program for Córdoba residents over 50 years of age.

The initiative is carried out within the framework of the “Less gap, more community” program of the Secretary of Smart City and Digital Transformation. This project seeks to reduce the digital divide and improve the reintegration and labor reconversion of people over 50 years of age in the digital era.
