Among the main themes was the presence and expansion plans of the Gulf Clan, extortion of teachers, recruitment and instrumentalization of minorscriminal economies and threats to the population.

After the Security Council, Minister Iván Velásquez announced an increase in force and capabilities for the Police with the arrival of 420 uniformed personnel, in addition to the creation of the Police District for the Banana Zone.
