Authorities of the Ministry of Treasury and Finance and the Union of Civil Personnel of the Nation (UPCN) signed a collaboration agreement in order to expand the knowledge and use of the Entre Ríos Solidarity System (Siser) to the entire province – Law No. 11,049.

The Entre Ríos Solidarity System (Siser) aims to cover contingencies caused by the death of active and passive personnel of the provincial State, through the granting of a single benefit to the designated beneficiaries or to the heirs declared in the succession trial of the deceased.

Present at the meeting were the Minister of Treasury and Finance, Julio Panceri; the Secretary of Budget and Finance, Uriel Brupbacher; the director of Legal Affairs of the Ministry; David Falicoff; and the general coordinator of SISER, Guido Prinsich. For the UPCN union, the general secretary José Allende and the deputy secretary Carina Domínguez.

Who are beneficiaries of the Entre Ríos Solidarity System

Beneficiaries of the Siser are the active permanent staff and officials of the three branches of the provincial State, including decentralized, autarkic, autonomous entities, regardless of their hierarchical dependency and statutory legal formation; as well as municipalities and communes that adhere to the system. In addition, retirees from the Entre Ríos Retirement and Pension Fund and personnel under the modality of service contract and/or substitutes.
