In the respective hearings the legal situation of these detainees will be defined
A total of 28 people detained during June 7 to 9 for the possible commission of crimes against health in its different modalities, were presented for control of the detention by fiscal agents assigned to the Unit to Combat Drug Dealing of the Attorney General’s Office. State of San Luis Potosí (FGESLP).
Among those arrested, there are 3 women and 25 men allegedly related to the crime of drug dealing for simple possession, for the purposes of commerce-sale, when they were found in possession or manipulation of substances with characteristics typical of marijuana or other illicit substances.
The Prosecutor’s Office also details that, during Saturday, 16 control hearings were held, which includes some of the detainees on Friday, while the rest of the detainees will be presented by an agent of the Public Ministry in the respective hearings before the Judge in the next hours to determine their legal status.
