Regatas defeated Pacifico de Neuquén 87 to 73, swept the series and will face the winner of El Talar and Central Entrerriano for a place in the next season of the Argentine League.

In terms of sports, Regatas started stronger, hurting with Zandomeni’s long shots and reloading the game towards Báez, in a tough match, with a lot of defense and low scoring. In that context, the place looked more poised and took the first advantages.

However, in the second quarter, Pacifico adjusted the defense, found in Romera’s intelligence how to open the zone for the Nicolás team, Sasso and Godoy Vega appeared and the visit became a match. But at the end, once again those led by Dastugue, who had not been fluid in attack, found answers from the perimeter with Ingrata, and went into the break up 40 to 35.

At the restart, after a few minutes of parity and with two teams loaded with fouls, Regatas began to tip the balance. He was very tough in defense, controlled the rebound and found a great pass from Ingrata, distributing the game and scoring, with Báez imposing presence and the rest very firm.

Thus, they were able to gain a 12-point advantage, and although the visiting team continued to fight, with the help of Romera and Soria, they had control of the game and did not let go again. Pacifico tried the last reaction, with the help of Sasso, but Regatas looked firm and closed it with authority, with the help of N. Rodríguez and a great Ingrata.

It was a Nicolás victory by 87 to 73, which allowed them to close the series 2 to 0, qualify for the decisive stage, where they hope for El Talar or Central Entrerriano, maintain their undefeated record in the playoffs, and with the hope of going for all the glory.

Ingrata (22 points, 3 rebounds, 4 assists) and N. Rodríguez (20 points, 6 rebounds) stood out, along with Báez (16 points, 12 rebounds). The best of the visit was Soria with 17 points, 6 rebounds.
