Families that earn less than $2,898,553 per month, among other exclusion criteria, still have the possibility of requesting subsidies for public services light and of gas natural by networks through the Registry of Access to Energy Subsidies (RASE).
Thus, households that meet the requirements will pay cheaper for energy on their next bills according to the current subsidy segmentation scheme.
The government measure also established lower consumption limits with assistance, those who exceed them must – despite having the subsidy – pay more on the bills. However, there were no changes in the subsidy allocation scheme.

Before starting the process online, the Ministry of Energy of the Nation recommends having the following documentation on hand:
