The company announced this week a price increase for its Rappi Pro subscription plan. Starting May 16, the monthly cost will go from $19,900 to $23,490.

What is Rappi Pro?
Rappi Pro is an optional loyalty program that offers Rappi users a series of exclusive benefits, such as discounts on shipping and products. That is, customers can enjoy discounts on food orders, pharmacies, supermarkets, stores and more.

Also free shipping, priority orders and exclusive support, these users access an exclusive customer service channel for Pro members.
Why does the price increase?
Rappi, in a statement sent to its subscribers, indicates that the change is due to “the update of some of the benefits of the program and market conditions.”
Therefore, if you decide to keep your Rappi Pro membership, you don’t have to do anything. The new price of $23,490 will automatically be applied to your next monthly payment starting May 16.

But, if you don’t agree with the price increase, you can cancel your Rappi Pro membership any time before May 16. To do so, you must follow these steps:
Open the Rappi application, access your profile, select the “Rappi Pro” option and click “Cancel membership”.
