Family and friends through their social networks have made public their sorrow for the death of Ángel De Jesús Viloria Gómez, 26 years old from Riohacha, who was murdered in the middle of a hitman attack on the afternoon of Saturday, June 15, by two subjects on board a motorcycle who shot him to death.
His friends and fellow students expressed that a few days before his graduation from a school in the capital of La Guajira, he was shot to death. Next June 21 would be the graduation ceremony where his friends and fellow students feel dismayed by this fact, which is why they are demanding that the authorities investigate and clarify the death of the young man.
It is worth remembering that this event occurred on the afternoon of Saturday, June 15, on 35th Street and 25th Street in the Nazareth neighborhood of the Riohacha District, where according to witnesses, the young man was going to his place of residence when he was surprised by the two subjects on a motorcycle, the grill man being the one who drew the firearm and shot him on one occasion in the back.
When the young man turned around, the hitman shot again several times, leaving him lying on the street sidewalk, while the criminals fled the place in an unknown direction. Neighbors of the area managed to take him on a motorcycle to the Cedes clinic, where the Doctors reported that he was admitted without vital signs.
“Only a few days after graduating, it is sad to hear this news, the authorities must investigate well and be able to clarify this fact and capture those responsible who have left a family destroyed, we demand justice so that his death does not go unpunished,” said a companion of the murdered young man.
It was learned that the authorities began investigations by the Criminal Investigation Section (Sijín) in order to clarify the motive for the crime and capture those responsible for this new gunshot attack in the city of Riohacha.
