An 18-year-old girl from Viedma accepted having carried out various acts against property, all in the vicinity of businesses, harming their owners and customers. The most serious was on the premises of a supermarket, where he robbed a customer after threatening her with a knife. The Public Prosecutor’s Office requested a sentence of five years in prison.
Four different files were unified in the instance in which the Prosecutor’s Office requested the effective prison sentence and the official defense adhered to such request. First, Communication was maintained with the victims who agreed with the exit that would conclude the cases.
