The King Afonso Henriques Foundation will be the headquarters of the celebration of the third Europa Direct meeting of Youth of Castilla y León, which will take place from June 25th until the 27th.
This meeting aims to bring together more than forty young people from different provinces of Castilla y León. For Young people from Zamora who want to participate can register. through the website https://www.unioneuropeacastillayleon.eu/ in the News and Activities section. With a maximum of 20 seats.
The meeting is promoted by the four centers present in Castilla y León (Zamora-Rei Afonso Henriques Foundation, University of Salamanca, Segovia City Council and Europe Direct Castilla y León Rural), with the collaboration and subsidy of the Junta de Castilla y León to through its Office of the President.

TUESDAY, JUNE 25
10:30 am: Registration for the event
11.30 am: Welcome- Opening of the meeting with José Luis González Prada; Responsible for the Europe Direct Zamora Center, representatives of the Zamora City Council and Provincial Council and representative of the Ministry of the Presidency of the Regional Government of Castilla y León.
12.00 hours: “The institutions of the European Union and young people”: Intervention by María Canal Fontcuberta, Economic Affairs Counselor, Representation in Spain of the European Commission.

1:30 p.m.: Lunch in the gardens of the Rei Afonso Henriques Foundation.
